RETURN

We offer 14 days period return for Neo Classic Watches only! 
To be eligible for a return a Neo Classic Watch in 14 days period after receiving it, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging, this option available only for buyers that paid through PayPal. 
For countries where parcel is not trackable, you must confirm receiving date. 
Also obligatory make unboxing video to demonstrate received watch.

 

REFUND (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund available only for buyers that paid through PayPal.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace or repair items if they are defective or damaged, for that reason send us an email at info@neoclassicwatches.com

 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should contact us at our store or send us an email at info@neoclassicwatches.com you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. There is no refund if returned parcel will be lost on the way back.
