Very rare fabulous vintage chronograph watch Poljot Okean with time zone calculator and telemeter scale, made by First Moscow Watch Factory (Poljot) in late 1970s. Watch has improved licensed version of Swiss Valjoux 7734 movement, design of Poljot Okean is based on rare late 60s Breitling chronograph watch. This watch is refurbished in mint condition and has two days of power reserve, all functions works smooth and it keeps accurate time.
Wristwatch functions:
Hours, minutes, seconds left sub dial, chronograph central seconds hand with 30 minute counter sub dial at the right, date at 6 o'clock, inner rotating bezel for time zone calculations (left crown) and telemeter scale on the dial in nautical miles for distance measurement by sound echoes.
To start chronograph press button at 2 o'clock position, to stop chronograph press it again, to reset chronograph press button at 4 o'clock position, please note: reset function is available only when chronograph is stopped.
Chrome plated watch case (made of Neusilber alloy) is waterproof (tested) and is in mint condition with some insignificant signs of use. New dial and hands in excellent condition with new luminous coating that shines well. Movement Poljot Cal.3133 23 jewels fully serviced (cleaned, oiled, adjusted to 3 positions) and keeps accurate time, average daily deviation is less than +/- 5-15 sec/day.
This is a mechanical watch and it has to be wind by hand once a day (preferably at morning) to make it run, no batteries required!
