Fabulous soviet vertical TV dial watch Slava from 80s, ultra rare edition with "panda" dial. Special features of this watch that makes it more unique is: two main spring barrels, 26 jewels manual wind movement (five rubies rollers for date disc), date quick set pusher and day-date complication. Very rare distinct soviet watch which looks just gorgeous even today and is a timeless classic. This is very hard to find collectible timepiece from soviet end, late 80s and especially in NOS condition with tags, box and original documentation.
Chrome plated watch case (stainless steel back) is splash proof in mint condition with some insignificant signs of storage. Dial and hands in excellent condition with some minor patina. Mechanical manual wind movement is unique Slava Cal.2428 26 jewels, fully serviced (cleaned, oiled, adjusted to 3 positions) and keeps good time, average daily deviation is less than +/- 5-15 sec/day.
This is a mechanical watch and it has to be wind by hand once a day (preferably at morning) to make it run, no batteries required!
